Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• First purchase only (one-time eligibility per customer).
• Unused credits are refundable; any used credits are not refundable.

Subscription cancellation

Subscriptions are cancelled immediately and cannot be reinstated.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@kimi-k25.com with:

• Your account email
• Order number or receipt
• A brief reason for the request

Processing

We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payments are processed by Creem, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
